Voidacom Service does not exist

I have a business account with 80 sim cards.
I is impossible to get any kind of service from Vodacom for any query, accounts or other.
Your time is wasted being shunted around from one electronic queue to another and it is impossible to find a contact to liase with for your business needs or queries.
Vodacom is an odstacle to my business, I will do without them at the first opportunity.
