Poor service delivery

My account 0817520657 got suspended due to a debit order that bounced. I was told to make a payment into ABSA account in order for my services to be resumed which I did. I was told to email the proof of payment to email address [Email Removed] which I also did. I was told my services would be resumed within 24hours now it has been 5 days, no services resumed. I have been calling the customer care line and all they keep asking me to to is send proof of payment to [Email Removed] but nothing happens on Telkom's end. I am getting tired of this, I am paying for a service best that telkom can do is provide that service and meet its Service Level Agreements.By next month Telkom will want money for services I did not even use, I cant take this anymore. All I want is my account to be un suspended, how hard can that be becuase you have the proof of payment.
