MTN Direct puts the hassle in my new deal

On the 11/01/2013 MTN direct completed my application for a new cell phone contract. I recieved my cellphone package on tuesday the 22/01/2013. Eager to get myself communicating again after they ported my number (leaving me unable to make or recieve any calls) i open the package to find that the sim card they sent to me did not fit in the phone that was supplied.

After going to 3 MTN branches, 2 Stores and 1 service centre, sending a query via thier online web portal, writing emails to Marc sanders, standing in long lines, i still have not recived one phone call from MTN. Each time i interact with anything MTN is was "it wil be there in two days" . well its now the 21/01/2013 and its been 10 days.

I have never experience such a hassle with getting connected!
