Whenever I log a problem or send a mail to Vodacom no one ever responds. I get an automated response that someone will be in contact but no one ever follows up. I always have to phone them to try and sort out anything. I registered for itemised billing for my 3 G on Vodacom online but I still can't view by itemised billing report even though it is activated under "My services". I sent 2 mails on the site for a person to contact me back but no response. I phoned the customer care line on 1 July and they told me to send another mail which I did today only to get another automotive response. Vodcaom's customer care response time is ridiculous and it's always a huge issue to try and get problems resolved.
