My list of complaints for MTN is long, but I will summarise below:
*No network coverage at my office for past week
*Poor network coverage at my home
*Data transfer is frustratingly slow
*90% of the MTN website DOES NOT WORK!!!
*Can't contact MTN from their website
I tried to send them the email below, but was given an automated reply to say that the email address was decommissioned. Then why wasn't it removed from the website? there was a link to another web address for complaints, but guess what... it doesn't work just like the rest of the website.
Why must I pay for a service which is not being provided by MTN?

When is MTN going to get it's act together? I am sitting with a cellphone/paper weight on my desk which is less then useless because the MTN network is RUBBISH!!!
I have not had a signal at my place of work since last week. I can't even log into your RUBBISH website to complain because the website is so S#@T that none of the links work!!
