I believe I was over-billed by MTN data. I want to call to find out why it was so insanely high as my usage was no more than previous months. I tried the 083 1 808 number from a landline numerous times, but there's just a tone - it doesn't even ring. Tried from my Vodacom cell phone and it said "This number does not exist".
Tried another cell number that I found online as well as 083 808 and 083 731. Found a JHB landline number for Mtn, but no one answered that one.
I'm hugely frustrated. I can not get through to a single person from MTN.
