Hi, I have been waiting for my phone, sim card and contract delivery from MTN since thursday 17 January 2013, they phoned me on thursday late afternoon to tell me they will not be delivering it to me that day and they will deliver it to me on friday. I told them that i have meetings the whole morning and will be at my house at 12 for the delivery so that i can then continue with my day and meetings after the delivery. it has still not come, i havnt had so much as a phone call for confirmation. My phone in the meantime got ported so i was unable to receive and make calls.
I called MTN, and their delivery company, the whole day on Friday. I waited at home from 12 till 18:30 and in the process missing 2 very important meetings. Every time i called them, i was promised it will come in an hour, or they put me through to the driver who was everywhere but at my delivery.
I spent the whole of friday, and the weekend and now, monday morning, without a phone. I have been using my mothers work cell phone in the meantime, and with all the calls to mtn and the delivery company i have put on quite a few minutes on her bill, as well as creating bad vibes with my clients.
