Databundles conversion costs

I used [URL Removed] to find a data bundle that would suit my need, paid for it via EFT, they confirmed receipt of the money. BUT I have to use airtime at an additional charge to convert from airtime to data. This is not stipulated on the website. according to the website no vouchers are required, only a cell number, they will send the purchased airtime / data directly to the SIM. 24 hours later, it has not happened. I phone call centre 08180. they can't help me as I now do not have enough credit to receive the data bundle. They can convert the airtime to a piecemeal data bundle, but not to the full credit I have, and not to the data bundle promised on the web site.
In short: I paid for R149 data bundle, I want R149 data bundle, but can't have it, because I need airtime to get it. The call centre was polite but cannot solve the problem. This is false advertising and misleading customers.
