We have a contract which was taken out with Alltech Autopage cellular - Hillcrest in October 2012.. The charging port is damaged, and as it was still under warranty, was handed in to Altech Autopage on February 18th 2013. The phone was returned to us without being repaired twice, and resubmitted. No one contacts us to give us a status update. Every time we call the call centre their systems are either down or no one can tell us what is happening to the phone. We have been paying for a contract for 5 months with no follow up or feedback from Altech. Their service has been appalling and their staff no assistance what so ever. They should be reimbursing us for the past 5 months. I would suggest anyone think twice before taking out a contract with Autopage Cellular.
