Incorrect Billing Again, poor customer service

I lodged a complaint on the 28 May 2013 regarding incorrect billing. I have taken a data bundle contract of R45.00 per month for the next 24 months. Cell C have been billing me in the region of R80.00 - R100.00 on a monthly basis. Apparently I am charged R45.00 for the contract and the rest is for call charges. The sim card is inserted into my Ipad from which I cannot make out calls nor send an sms or an mms, so what am I been billed for. I did get a request from Sandros Mhlongo which stated what I already knew, if I exceed my limit I will be billed for the additional cost, but I have not. I replied to his message and still to date have not received a proper explanation from Cell C. Cell C is the worst network out there. I had a similiar problem years back and said that I will think twice about using Cell C again because of the good data package my mistake I took out a contract with them. I have now learnt my lesson, Cell C never again, incorrect billing, poor customer service... For June 2013, I was billed for R94.95 and I do not receive a monthly statement even though I had requested it to be sent to my email every month.
