Very bad service from Altech Autopage

I would like to mention the very poor feedback and service I received from Altech Autopage. I have been a client of theirs since 1998 but have now decided that i will be porting my number away from them. In May 2013 I received an account statement which showed R1600 charges for GPRS however the billing information could not show where this was used. I have lodged several queries with Altech Autopage Midrand regarding this and each time they say they will escalate and someone will call back but no one ever does. When you call them and ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they are never available. My cellphone has been suspended twice during the period of this enquiry and the latter time my 3G was suspended too. These are my business tools which were taken away because Altech Autopage cannot give me an answer regarding my query. According to my software statistics on my 3G card, I have used about 7.69GB so far this year but somehow Altech Autopage claim that I used 8GB in May alone, how is this possible?? Very disappointing indeed when I have been a client for so long..
