On the 2/06/2013 I receive a call from Brenda Makgethe to open a new contract, firstly she was efficient I guess she was looking for a sale.
On the 4 th of June she phone just to check if I did not receive my 2 handset and I explain to me that they will be delivered the following. On this day I explain to her that I want to use to use this number 084 777 8234 for the new contract and she said no problem I must tell the cell c direct when I phone them to activate my lines.

As soon as I received my phone on the 4th, I phone cell c direct to my surprise till today I am still waiting for them to activate this number for me. I can't even recall how many times I phoned cell c with this query but I don't get any feedback.

Can you imagine my frustration, I have 2 new phone and a contract that I will be billed from the day it was activated but I am unable to use this contract

I am tired of having a contract that i don't use, i now want to cancel the contract
