I ordered a contract for a new phone (require porting), a tablet and a data dongle last week Wednesday. I was promised 2-3 days to have the service. 10 days later I still cannot use anything as Head Office needs to supply numbers to RICA.
I am now considering cancelling everything. I am a new corporate account for them and was in the process of transferring all my services and lines to them as and when my contracts expire with my current supplier, but seems CellC have too many new customers to care about them all.
Bad start!! Very disappointing!!
