Regarding my query on Hello Peter on 5 Jun 2013 (8:59am) - Still No resolution
On the "Cell C Subscriber Agreement Terms & Conditions" that I received with my New Samsung Galaxy S4 on the 23rd May 2013
Paragraph 2.1.2 says -> Renew your contract with us: this agreement will begin on the date that your upgrade is accepted by us.
( So my contract should have been converted to the new contract on 23 May 13 - which includes 1GB Free Data)
These Terms and Conditions supersede any Old terms and conditions.
If I am expected to Ignore my New Terms and Conditions then I should be informed of this because then I would have done all the downloads on the 1st August 2013 as to Not incur any Cost.
So I should not have been charged for any Downloads
because I should have been on the Straight up 100 from the 23 May 2013 as per my New subscriber t&c's
