I am about to pull my hair out as I am getting no help from Vodacom.
I stopped receiving Statements about 3 years ago, when I applied to have them sent by email. I have signed 4 new contracts with them over the past 3 years and I keep on getting promised that I will receive statements. I have been to Customer care centres numerous times and had to fill out forms and I have lost count how many times I have phoned Customer Care. Each time I get promised that this will get resolved and STILL no Statements. I have to phone customer care centre often just to get my balance to pay and often they give me the incorrect amount and only then do I get correspondence from Vodacom when I pay the incorrect amount.
What else can I do just to receive something simple like a statement?
