On the 3/06/2013 I booked my cellphone in for repairs at MTN Carnival Mall. The assistant at the told me the phone will take up to 7 days and I will receive a call from them, when the phone is back from repairs. I never received the phone call after 7 days. I then strated to follow up on the 19/06/2013 and was told the phone is not back, tried again on the 25/06/2013 and was told the same story by Brandon, who was very pleasant, he promised to get back to me but never did. I called again on the 26/06/2013 and was now told that MTN was offline and it affected repairs and he can not tell me when my phone will be back. The part that saddens me the most is that I have a contract with MTN which I honour each month on time without failing, and just want them to do the same with me, honour the contract that they have with me to provide a service on time and bring my phone back.
