Electricity eft online - no token for 4 days now

I bought prepaid electricity online via EFT as requested by [URL Removed]

Their brand promise states that they will deliver within
10 minutes. My understanding from this is that I will receive my token once I follow the steps
required on their website which is: (fast forward)

Step 3. Make an EFT and receive your token.

VIOLA! Right? Wrong. I waited the first time I used their service for an sms or email (it states they'll email - token) and nothing. They also state that it might go in spam folder. I checked. Nothing. Meanwhile my electricity ran out & I had to go to the shop to buy electricity. Was it not much later that I hovered in and out of their website I would never have known the token was there...

Now, I give them the benefit of the doubt by doing it again thinking that I simply need to log in again. Right? Wrong. Nothing again. This time for 4 days & still going! Day 2.I wrote them saying I haven't received my token yet to which faceless 'support' got back to me, saying "We are unable to track your R200 transaction in our Nedbank statement for today. Please note that interbank transfers may take up to 48 Hours to reflect..."

I followed up again, but nothing.
