BAD SERVICE

On the 19/06/2013 I applied for a Sumsung Note 10.1 N8000 at MTN in Spar, Pinetown.
The person who assist me was Linda.
She came back to me on Friday 21/06/2013 and said she got good news and bad news for me.
The good news was, The application was approved. The bad news was, I do not have enough credit.
She then told me, she will send an email to her supervisor to increase my credit.
After numerous calls which I made to her, without any joy of her returning my calls, she finally phones me and said, her supervisor said she will increase my credit.
I am still waiting and nothing is happening.
Londa told me MTN had a network problem on Monday - Tuesday, and I must wait because her supervisr did not get back to her. Today is Thursday the 27/06/2013 and I am still waiting. I phoned this morning and Gabby tell me she is busy. They take my details to call me back, but MTN is so slack with their service.
I am still waiting for a reply.
