Cell C makes it a huge mission to buy data bundles

One would think that buying a data bundle would be as simple as clicking on a link in an internet banking account. Not so - Cell C makes it soooooo difficult that I'm switching back to my old provider. I've been with Cell C for 3 months now have tried 3 different ways of buying data. 1 - go to internet banking. buy AIRTIME (can you believe it???) then PHONE their head office they then CONVERT it to data. I thought I was dreaming so tried their next suggestion - buy AIRTIME vouchers then SWAP my iPad SIM with my phone SIM, enter voucher number, then PHONE to have it converted (I'm not joking). The ancient Egyptians did it faster with a chisel stone. With this method I lost half the value and ended up with useless AIRTIME on an iPad!!! I tried method 3 today. Go to the shop - guess what - they sell AIRTIME but as a service they put my SIM in their cell phone and converted it to data. This took a trip to the mall and 25 minutes in the store. Get with the programme Cell C - you are supposed to make things convenient for customers not so difficult, cumbersome and costly that they change service providers. Whose brainchild was your method of buying data???
