I got a tablet and a normal contract with you guys, with my phone I.m 100% happy no complains but with the tab got problems with my data. from day 1... if you call 141 or something thy say your contract has been suspend. I took my tab to a mtn office in Witbank thy told me my sim is not register and I must phone 808, I did ans thy was offline, today i phoned 808 from one person to a other, thy finely put me true to The account department. Long story short the guy told me no I must pay R350 or something to move my data limit up, I explain told him again. My DATA did not work from day 1, and that a never use my data because im using WIFI but sometimes i need to use my data when im putting on my mobile data it don't work... So please tell me how do i use DATA if my DATA on my SIM did not work from day 1!!!
