My Fianc? took out 2 contracts out on 12 December 2012 at Autopage Cellular Bedforview (Sales Person d00709). We only opened this on Christmas Eve because it was Christmas Presents. On the 27/28 we took the one phone back (Cell number 081 024 8645) because it froze twice in 1 day. When we took the phone back it was told to us 5 working days, which was fine. When the phone was given back our sim card was never given back to us. We didn't know that we should take it and it was not told to us. So we haven't used the contract yet. We are still waiting for the phone. I tried to get an answer out of you after 6 phone calls. The last time was last week Monday and they said they would phone me back by Thursday the latest. They took a D/O on 02/01/2013 for a contract that we do not have a phone or sim for. It was told to me that it doesn't matter if the phone is faulty or not, we must pay. I would like to have a breakdown of what part of my contract is the contract itself and which part is the handset. I would like to know who is liable for the payment of the handset if the client does not have a handset.
