Great service at store

After a horrid experience in Cell C store I went to Vodacom Key West to get sorted out.
I was after a SIM card for my ipad; cell c was so unhelpful, gave me the wrong info and service and just overall had no idea what they where doing. And the person working in the store was so rude to me that I asked for a refund and left and went to Vodacom.
WITHIN 2 MINUTES they gave me the correct SIM card, a number by asking another staff member to place the sim card in his phone (something which Cell C didn't even bother giving me), and they loaded the card with data in store for me. All of this was done by ONE person. The store was packed with customers. They were extremely busy and yet ONE person managed to help me in less than 5 minutes with EVERYTHING I needed. I did not even have to tell him what I needed; he knew.

I must honestly say that I thought about changing my phone contract to Cell C since my sister got quite a good deal, but now I know why: the service is so lacking. At Vodacom I did pay more for the sim card and data, but I'd pay that if I got the service Vodacom offered instead of the bad treatment at the Cell C store.
