SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

We recently renewed a contract with Nashua Mobile, huge mistake! we've had endless problems since, it took us 2 weeks get the phone, then a few days later my phone gets blocked based on the fact that my free airtime was used up, I have more that 500 MB of data but because of airtime I can't use my phone. I can't use any of my app's even thought they dont require airtime. The consultant at the clearwater branch gave us incorrect information by telling us that airtime will only affect calls and sms, we were misled into taking out this contract!!! Since Sunday I CAN'T USE MY PHONE... they blocked it. I have had to make more than 6 calls to the call center with no luck, I have spoken to Monique twice, her manager Theresa or something who transfered me right back to her, Tebogo who cut me off and never called back, the worst of the lot was TSOANELO who put me on hold for 15 minutes, refused to put me through to a manager, then hung up on me, I have since been hit with a bill of R 183.68 in calls that were all made to the call centre to try and get my phone unlocked, they keep on increasing my airtime just to have me use it up by putting me on hold. Nashua Mobile is a Mickey Mouse company!
