Suspended service

My account was suspended due to non-payment. My late debit order in fact went off on 15 June 2013 but Telkom continued to suspend my line on 19 June 2013. I paid an additional amout which means i have no debit orders due end of June. According to produre is the monies will appear 48 hours on their statement and after this 48 hours, another 24 hours before the line is reconnected. It has been 6 days and up until now the line is still suspended
