Order Placed: No Further Communication

I placed an online order for a Telkom voice and ADSL line to be installed.

An agent contacted me and said that a team would be in touch regarding the installation.

I have heard nothing further from Telkom regarding the line installation.

I live in a complex with its own onsite Telkom telephone line box - I can't see what the hold up is.
