I have been phoning since last week Wednasday to try and get my February itemised billing and still I am waiting this after dealing with 2 different managers. I have also left a message for Masilo yesterday to call me about my problem and what a surprise i didnt even get a call back. How difficult is it to get itemised billing sent to you i can just see that i am going to get billed about 8 times for something I have not even recevied. Please can someone at MTN get there act into gear and get me what i need this is urgent!!!
