I have 5 accounts with Cell C and pay over R1000 a month. I went to get an upgrade at the beginning of June and chose a higher contract to get the Galaxy S 4. I was on a top up package before and started my new contract and had to give up my R100 odd that I still had on my sim. They then activated my new contract, but never told me i would only get 200 megs pro rata and that the other 800 megs would only kick in when my old contract expires at the end of July. I only found this out two or three days later when my data was finished. I then called and had my data increased by R100 which did not last long and called again to take to R150. On Sat i called the call centre to up my limit on data to be told I cannot do it more than once or twice a month. I put in a query and they said someone will contact me, but nothing!! I cannot make outgoing calls or send messages or use whatsup. This is shocking! My son was in hospital last week and I could not call him this weekend. I am so angry! This is not service!
