Cell phone not delivered and no feedback

I renewed my contract telephonically on 0831808 with Pagiso on 10 June 2013. He indicated that the cell phone would be delivered to me within 5-7 working days (worst case scenario would have been 20 June 2013). I gave Pagiso my vodacom number to be contacted on should the courier need directions. He definitely took the number down correctly because every single day since then i've been receiving the following message via sms on the vodacom number but no delivery is made:
"NOTIFICATION OF MTN DELIVERY. PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF YOUR ID AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE READY. DELIVERY DATE: " SAME DAY.

Pagiso also indicated that should the courier not deliver the phone within 5-7 working days then i could call the same number and ask for him. I have tried and no one at the call centre knows who Pagiso is. Today I was told that the system is offline and no one could help me. The call centre consultant could not give me a time to call back and refused to take my number to call me back.

I am being invoiced since 10 June for a phone that I do not have!
