Waiting 6 months for reimbursement

On 17 January of this year, I disconnected my sms bundle at the Kenilworth Centre branch, as I had discovered that it had not been activated since June 2011, even though I had been billed for it.. I received an sms from autopage saying that I would be reimbursed for the full amount. My reference number from autopage is P130117801. I have not had any further communication from autopage. I have gone into the Kenilworth branch and they have contacted the head office on my behalf but still no response from autopage. At the end of May, when I entered into a new contract, I received a courtesy call from the head office about my new phone. I then asked the call centre person about my reimbursement. She then made a note of it on the system. That is the last I have heard from them. They owe me R34 x 18 months = R612. Of course I have had to pay quite a bit more than R612 because when I was sending my sms's for my small business I expected it to be charged on the bundle rate but it was all taken off my airtime instead.
