DO NOT PORT TO CellC - terrible service!!!

My wife and I decided to upgrade our cell phones. Our Nashua Mobile MTN contract had expired so we decided to port to CellC for better 3G coverage. It was supposed to take one day. One week later we are receiving calls still on our old MTN phones but most other things come through on our new CellC phones. No one at CellC is willing to help. I have contacted CellC by email and CellC support on Twitter. Finally Percy called to help with the promise to get back to me by 2pm today. I've heard nothing from him. Nashua can't help also, saying it is with CellC to resolve. A week later and I am no closer to getting this resolved. Promises are being broken and my wife and I, as new customers are being ignored. Absolutely disgraceful service from a company that promises so much!!! IF YOU ARE READING THIS - DO NOT PORT TO CELLC, YOU WILL BE LEFT IN LIMBO AND IGNORED. I am now considering cancelling with CellC and sticking with MTN, much less hassle.
