8ta aka Telkom Mobile advertised a new offering to their customers, see link [URL Removed]
But I think they forgot to inform their staff about it. No store and I mean no store can help me. On the webpage it states and this is quoted
"Activate now. Here's how: We keep it simple for you - just go in-store with your ID, proof of residence and payslip. Available to new and existing customers."
What a load of BULL!!! and why must I bring all of the above if I am an existing customer and you have all my details.
And I bet I am not the first or last to complain.
