What must I do?

What must I do, First Vodacom double debit my account unlawfully,
Then they said that there was no extra amount debited, then they said yes there was extra debited, they are not going to refund me, they will leave the money for the next month.
Then they refund me the money and they don't do a debit out of my account.
I made arrangements over the phone for my account to be debited.
Now I don't know if my account was debited or not?
I did send emails to them and no response, I posted on Hellopeter and still no response, is my account paid? Did they debit my account as the arrangement that was made?
I wish someone from Vodacom want to contact me and let me know what is happening?
Some one that knows what is going on, not the people that helped me last time as they don't know what is going on.
