Incorrect billing

Virgin Mobile is charging me for phone calls and ignoring the minutes included in my contract. I only discovered this now but im sure its been happening for months...
I called the call center and first my call got dropped and then they told me that their system is to slow to load my bill and they could not help me.
I would never recommend Virgin mobile to anyone
