My husband took out a contract (business contract) with Vodacom 2 years ago and had the blackberry package. He has had non stop issues (white screens, battery not lasting longer than 2 hours, black blobs on the screen) with his blackberry - we keep taking it into Vodacom World and they keep replacing it with a refurbished phone. This has now happened 4 times. The last time I took the phone in, I told them that I did not want another refurbished unit (as each time we take the phone in, my husband is left with no phone - Vodacom would not give him a loan unit). When we got the phone back, it was another refurbished until and it also does not work properly (screen has lines and the battery does not last for longer than 2 hours) - and it's not the battery as we have changed the battery.
Come on Vodacom - lift your game. We can't keep taking the phone in and being without a phone - just give us a new phone that works!
