Cell C
No accounts for 3years

In 2010 I phoned Cell c to cancel my contract after I was overseas for a year, i was told it was in order but received no email or phone confirmation. However when I logged onto the my account section on the cell C website the cell phone number was being used by someone else. 3 days ago I received An email from a company called Pholosa stating that my account was overdue and that I owed Cell C R2519.62 and that I had until the 24th June to pay or I would be handed over. I feel that this is unacceptable as firstly I didn't receive a single account statement email, or mail and for 3 years have not been contacted by cell C to say I owed them money. I also emailed Cell C about this matter and have not received a reply. My cell C number was 0848119631
