Contract but with refurbished damged phone

Good day
this complaint is about my blackberry 9360
this is my 3rd time it will be going in for repairs.i took out my blackberry in december 2011 this phone was giving me alot of problems i then sent it in for repairs and sent me back a refurbished phone, while my phone was new.the job refrence number for that is 8475082.i lost out on a month of using the phone as well as vodacom still took my money for the contract
the second time i sent the phone in it basically lasted two months the job reference number is 8756405, it was there for a month and the same thing vodacom took my money and i did not use the phone.
this will be the my 3rd time if i have to send it in for repairs
why does vodacom keep on insisting on giving me a broken phone.can this matter please be escalated to higher management or director.it seems that vodacom does not worry about its customers.who is going to pay for the time i have lost on my contract including my BIS.i am not prepared to lose out on another month of my blackberry.at the moment i am currently without a phone due to vodacoms bad phones.i would like to get a brand new phone and not a refurbished.sincing i do not have a phone contact me on landli
