My mom had four contracts with Cell C, two of which I was paying for 0847337677, 0847505969.last year both of contracts went into 2 months arrears, they were paid. I started to pay cash, my contracts were paid every month and deposits slips were brought into Cell C Chatsworth, consultants or store manager assisted by faxing through my proof of payment. In Feb this year 2 of the contracts were terminated as they had come to term (0747791424, 0847505969). In March my mother received a letter from cellc saying that she was owing R100 for 1 of the numbers cancelled (0847505969), she called CellC and they had informed her that everything was up to date. Being an ex CellC Sales Consultant I advised my mom that the contract would not be terminated if there is an outstanding amount.31 May i went to upgrade and was informed that I'm on pre-legal for 0847505969, (controlchat 50- R50pm), the consultant assisted by calling the legal department where a lady said that I'm in arrears for 5 months and the amount was R750.this was not correct, she then says sorry R150, i immediately ask to speak to her supervisor i was on hold for 45 minutes and the call cut.this is ridiculous! there was no outstanding amount.
