Cancellation of contract

I have 3 contract I want to cancelled. The upgrade date was 10/2/13 In Feb I go to our vodashop to cancelled it. They told me I must come back in May. The 2nd May I go back and give my ID to cancelled it. They cancelled the one but not the other two. Now they told me I must pay for another 2 months until end of July. Why must I pay for 2 months more? This is the second time I have problems to cancelled my contract. The last time I must pay for 4 months after I cancelled my contracts. I don't know who is responsible, I think it is Luzaan at the branch who didn't do her work well. They can closed the branch at Vryburg because here is NO service. What can i do to cancelled my contract immediatly? Can I stop my debit order or must I pay for two months more? I don't want the 2 contract nr 0727534873 & 0766678224 any more. The ID nr is 6210175103083. Please help me. Thanks
