I took my phone in for repairs on the 7th of June 2013 and on the 14th I went back to go find out how long it will take to get my phone back. and they said still 3-4weeks. and yesterday something just told me to call the repairs centre and find out what's going on... when I spoke to them they said my phone was not booked in for repairs so I went to the shop to find out where is my phone just to find out it is still at the shop the same place where I left it. this is the third time this happens to me. and not having a phone is causing me to loose business... I am not very happy about this. and I think its very unprofessional. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MTN!!! I am thinking about switching providers...
