It's been 4 weeks since my excisting numbers are blocked, because there are 2 extra numbers on my contract which I refused to pay, because it is not mine. It all started with the upgrading of my children's phones. I cancelled an application for a phone and internet stick. I emailed my cancellation through to webmaster and received a confirmation. A Month later the children's phones were blocked. Many complaints. phone calls. emails and affidavites later and the phones are still blocked. MTN said my complaint is at their department. I haven't heard from them for more than 3 weeks and I am refusing to pay anymore. I would like to know how I can cancell my contract with MTN?
