I have a Vodacom contract that expires 30 June'13, T) 0827407737, this is a Top Up 135 contract which have accumulated at balance of R738. I tried to transfer some airtime via the website to other prepaid or top up vodacom customers but it keeps on telling me "Unfortunately this Airtime is not allowed" and right underneath this message they very proudly states. " Make sure family and friends are always topped up with Vodacom Airtime transfer. It's the most convenient way to transfer airtime to a prepaid or top up customer. I phoned the vodacom customer call centre 082111 to enquire about this, the consultant said that I cannot transfer the airtime and when I said to her that it is stated that I could on their website her reply was " is it". This is false advertising! I 've been with vodacom for more than 10 years and are still with them.
