On the 7th of June, i lost my fone and reported it to the Cell C call center. They blocked the sim card, listed the fone as, and ask me to go to any Cell C store to get the ITC number.
I went to the Cell C in Alberton filled in the blacklisting form and waited for the ITC number. The problem is last week Wednesday i followed up about the ITC number and they told me the form doesn't show on their system and asked me to refill another blacklisting form but now they gave me a tracking reference. Its been over a week and i'm still waiting for an ITC number. Why does it take Cell C more three long weeks to give me an ITC number? It only takes vodacom 15minutes to sms the ITC number. i need the ITC number to claim the fone from my insurance. The process for an ITC with Cell C is just a waste of unnecessary time.
