In January 2013 i bought a PRE PAID data package from Cell C! R1299, 00 for 2gig of data per month for 12 months. No one at Cell C can give me any details of the 2 gig i am suppose to receive each month! I can't connect to the internet since end of May and Cell C can't help me at all!! After giving them proof of my invoice paid for the monthly 2Gig i don't get any help from Cell C!!! Every second day a different person from the call center phone me and every day they ask the same questions and every day the query gets escalated to the Network dept!!! They got the money and now i don't get any service??? Sure they will escalte this query as well
