I have logged so many faults on how slow my data service is on my blackberry. Sometimes I have to wait for atleast 5 minutes before my message can be sent on bbm. All my data services are affected and this is not the first time. This issue is an ongoing problem. I don't get the download speeds I am supposed to when using my phone as a modem. My mother uses cell c and not only is her signal better but so is her download speeds, she gets between 200 and 500kbps. With my phone I get between 2 and 5 kbps.. How am I suppose to download emails? I wish I could change my service provider. I should have just gotten the Z10 but now its too late. I only took the 9900 because it was convenient. Vodacom's service and signal strength has really changed. I used to tell everyone that vodacom is the better network. That's the only reason I got a Vodacom contract, but I was wrong. Cell C is the better network people. Change now for cheaper prices and better data services. I doubt my issue will ever get resolved. So I guess I'm stuck with this issue for the rest of my contract period.
