When I signed up our business account with Telkom, I was promised service in 24 hours... well our business line has been down since Friday. A fault was logged 302CNK140613, it was logged as fixed - a lie, it was never fixed. Another fault was logged 15ANK180613 and we were PROMISED priority treatment for the business line and that they said the fault was at the exchange. Well it is now almost close of business as our latest call revealed that a TECHNICIAN HAS STILL NOT YET BEEN ASSIGNED TO THE JOB!!! FIVE DAYS NO BUSINESS LINE??
