Good Day
I have been a client of Nashua Mobile's since i started my first job almost 10 years ago. This morning my Blackberry decided to kick the bucket. I called Nashua Mobile in Mafikeng, explained what was wrong with my phone and i was told that it needed a software upgrade which would take anywhere between 3 to 6 weeks and they DO NOT have any loan phones to give me.
I just feel that as a loyal long standing customer the least Nashua Mobile could do was assist with a loan phone.
I cannot wait for my contract periods to expire so that i can cancel both my contracts.
Very disappointed.
