It was with greatest pleasure that, Nelly called me back from Cellc as promised, regarding my previous post on Hello Peter about the Ccover Insurance. Nelly promised me that, positive or Negative, she will keep in touch, up until my query is resolved. My heart is heavy with pain regarding the less communication I have received. I was told by Tebogo Modise that, my query will be handled by him till its resolved. I cant Tebogo called me, and I gave all the relevant information on black and white. He got his information, but up until now, i am still stuck ed with. I will get back to you, as I am waiting for my Superior to look into your query. funny when I took the Insurance, no Superior was Involved. If only Cellc had covered me, and not transferred me to any Ccover that is not recognised even by Hello Peter, I think by now I could be a happy client. I took all my numbers and Ported to Cellc, not knowing I will be putting myself in this misery. I had my 3 phones covered with MTN, they will explain from first point to the last. But Ccovers failed to, and my phone is my work, I am so stuck ed, lost is understatement. I just need a Yes we will cover or no we cant, and give me valid Reasons.
