Illegal Subscription to Mira Networks

I have never subscribed to Mira Networks. Since my phone upgrading in February 2013, my monthly payments never came to the agreed amount with MTN. On inquiry, it was found that Mia Networks has subscriptions on my account, which I never applied for, or agreed on. On the 17th of June 2013, my network service was unexpectedly suspended. When I inquired at MTN customer services, I was told by the operator that there is still an amount of R232 outstanding for Mira Networks billing, which I never agreed on. I now demand a full refund, and explanation on how they can subscribe people without there knowledge and permission. Please unsubscribed me with immediate effect, as I never subscribed to Mira Networks in the first place.
