This is outrageous and downright silly if i mite add i have been a loyal customer for Vodacom since 2001 and i love Vodacom but since last monthI have not had the joys of using this network i bought their promotional 500 MB yesterday at 16h00 before buying them i checked my balances and i had 76.6MB remaining i called the dara centre to check when my bundles were going to be loaded the lady i spoke to told me that i should check my balance afta an hour if its still not loaded i should call them within 24 hours which i did only to be told i haveused all the 500 MB from 16h00 to 23h00 by Paul who was assisting me with my query how is that possible because i loaded 100 MB on saturday and i still have 76.6 of tthat remaining i make sure i switch off my data cellular to save on my bundles i did not even download anything, is this promo just a way of vodacom chowing our money by running this hoax and try to let us believe that i can use so many MB s in 7 hours i have bought Data bundles from my bank the past dew months this has never happened and i want explanations since last month i have been having a problem with vodacom and my megabytes. I need answers and explanation.
