Galaxy S3 insurance wasn't amended with my upgrade

Moses called me December 2012 enquiring whether I would like an upgrade. I upgraded from a Blackberry Curve to a Galaxy S3. My new phone arrived. A couple months later my daughter dropped my phone. I sent it into the Hillcrest Branch. I didn't receive any correspondence, I expected an sms at the very least. After a month, I went in they said that my insurance had not been upgraded with my new phone and I would have to pay the shortfall for a new handset, and to top it off my BIS was not deactivated either. So I wasn't paying more for the insurance but I was still paying for my BIS. I don't think it fair that after such a big mistake that I have to be the one to pay! Hillcrest told me only head office can deal with this - what happened to service? Subsequently I have been trying to get hold of Moses at the & after MANY phone calls he still has not come back to me. I tried again on 14 June 2013, Moses was still unavailable and no one else could assist, I told Autopage that I would write to Hello Peter if a Manager didn't call me back that afternoon... well I am still waiting.
I have been using an old phone for the last 6 months while still paying for my Galaxy S3! Disappointed!
